Order processing

Most orders fulfilled through Zendrop from China are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing can take up to 5 business days. Factory stock shortages or freight delays to the fulfillment warehouse can occasionally extend processing beyond these estimates.

Shipping and delivery estimates

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping estimates vary by product and destination. An average shipping time is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. For a delivery estimate for a specific product and destination, please contact us before ordering.
